Description

This superb stand alone 4m x 8m building has been purpose built using a combination of reclaimed and new materials. The main structure is new-framed timber that has been built using a traditional 'stump' foundation construction. This enables the potential of the building to be transported as a complete package and moved to a new location, depending on access.

The windows, doors and floors are made from reclaimed materials and give the building a very charming look and feel.

The walls and roof are fully insulated and lined on the inside with beautiful birch ply. The building is fully wired and is currently set up as two separate rooms. If a single room was preferred, or a connecting doorway required, this could be arranged.

Heating is provided via two slimline storage heaters.
