James Middlemiss Machinery Ltd - Co. Durham

Jimmy Middlemiss came from very humble beginnings in a small village near Northallerton.
Over the course of his lifetime he built up a small family business and farm in the rural location of Hurworth, just outside of Darlington. Jimmy was the quintessential trader, dealing in anything and everything, with his wife Barbara, running the office and his son running the yard and then all of them farming on a weekend.

Turner Fabrication 2000L Bunded towable fuel bowser. Year 2016
This is a very tidy unit and is ready for use. It has been used by a national hire company and was last filled with white Diesel.
The bowser is fitted with a diesel powered Yanmar engine fuel pump - not sure the Lpm but as the video shows it comes out at some rate.
Retractable hose reel - it also has 2 separate pairs of outlets to be permanently coupled to a generator or pump.
It is fitted to a good quality 3500kg galvanised chassis. It has 5 good tyres and the brakes do work but may require some adjustment.
Ring hitch and trailer lighting board - untested.

Here we have something a little different from the norm.
20' x 8' - office/canteen - toilet - store.
We have painted this unit both inside and out and have checked the electric and water systems - these both work as they should.
The unit is roughly split in half giving a 10' approx office / canteen. This is fitted with a small kitchen area at one end that has a 1000mm base, full width worktop and a sink with a hot water heater fitted above it.

20' x 8' converted shipping container. This unit has been fully resprayed externally using a high quality zinc phosphate paint.
The internals consist of a single toilet with basin and a hand wash water heater plus 2 separate shower cubicles - these come complete with clothes hooks and a handy bench to sit when you put your socks back on.
This facility is ready to go and has had all the functions tested in our yard.

21' x 9' Anti-vandal canteen, toilet and generator.
The generator is a Genset 10kva - this is showing just under 10,000hrs.
It also has a separate chemical-type toilet and hand wash sink
The unit is in usable condition and even though the interior is tidy the exterior could do with a refresh - we could do this at extra cost.

This is a tidy unit and good starter - It has a 9m mast and 4 x adjustable halogen lamps.
Road towable but the brakes may need some adjustment.
It is powered by a Hatz single cylinder engine - this does smoke slightly but is a good runner.
