Description

We have a 20ft office unit for sale and a 20ft welfare / staff room unit for sale.

Both with electrics ready to be connected jn to (32amp 3 phase for one and 32amp single phase the other). Been used for 3 years inside a warehouse. Can also be used outside.

Good condition. Viewings welcome or more photos can be sent.

We have a set of skates to help move them into position. Would probably need haulier with HIAB.

Can do a deal if both are taken in one go, or either one is gone by the middle of May 2025.

Each one is £4,500 + VAT, would do both for £8k + VAT, or could do a deal if gone by the middle of May 2025.
