The modular cafe is made in metal outside, has 7 sections each section is approx 6mt x 3mt Each of the 5 cafe sit down units has an A/C unit, the last 2 are the kitchen units. 1st is the cooking area with service counter and till order, the second contains sink, fridge area and preparation area. The unit is approx 15 years old, reasonable condition, no leaks, take away and resite. To reuse, complete with tables, chairs, espresso machine and hot water for tea, also hot water tank for washing up sink. A reasonable price can be agreed for other equipment currently on site such as fridges, freezers, microwaves which are not included with the unit.
Delivery notes
Buyer will have to arrange for its removal and placement. Unit is in London SE1.
