Wooden toilet block in 3 x Modular compartments to give 1 x set of Urinals, 1 x Normal Toilet & 1 x Disabled toilet.Comes with majority of SanitaryWare and plumbing ready to connect to water supply and waste.
This was made in 2019 with the intention of using at a permanent site, but never installed.
Comes in 3 parts of equal size to form block of 3425mm x 4950mm.
It has been sat outside and will need some refurbishment and some plumbing etc to make good.
Cost of materials and labour to this stage £15k.
